Three days before the big day (aka hip surgery) I finished out my 2016 photo season with the wedding of Nat & Anna. After having a rainy engagement session, we were gifted with a beautiful day in PA/DE on a farm that has been owned by a member of Nat’s family for…well, quite sometime. They got married with only their closest family in a tiny chapel (formerly a spring house) and I couldn’t have imagined a better way to close out a season.
I love fall mini-sessions! And this one was no exception.
The family, the plaid, the light, and the tree climbing. It was all pretty wonderful.
About two years ago, I had a family reach out about doing a mini-session at the National Cathedral. They had a new wee one, he wore a jacket with bear ears on the hood, and he was all smiles. Fast forward to this fall and I got the great opportunity to hang out with this family again (and wee one #2 who recently arrived). I love being able to see new family members join and to watch the littles grow up year after year.
Little Miss Clara is the little sister to Everett. I was super excited to be able to spend a some time with the now family of four. Clara is an adorable, cuddly, little girl who pretty much rocked her first photo op, that is, before she christened mom and dad’s bed with a little puddle of her own.
